Manufacturing Process

Corn Receiving Every truck received at our plant is analyzed for relevant parameters to get the best quality raw material for our production. Our processing area is well separated from grain stock area to keep complete hygiene, dust free processing area. Corn is sent by automated elevators to the first bins in Plant.

Cleaning

Corn is cleaned using the completely controlled cleaning equipments like drum sieves, de-stoners, vibro-separators, Magnets etc. All our machines are supplied with pressurized air to remove the dust, fine impurities particles from the grain.

Conditioning

Corn is next fed into an automated moisture control unit. Here addition of water is done, to ensure that a constant level of moisture is attained.

De-germination

Dampened Maize is added to our De Germinator which is supplied by BUHLER. BUHLER, world's best known manufacturer of agro processing machinery has made this patented MHXM- M De germinator. With the help of buhler de germinator by gentle treatment on the maize kernel, the germ, fiber and endosperm are neatly separated with minimal quantities of fines. Hence as germ separation is very efficiently done we get De-germinated kernels with low fat content. Corn flow rate to de germinator are monitored online to help us produce consistent quality product.

Aspiration

Fines and husks generated by the de-germinator are removed by sifters and aspiration channels. Which are collected in closed area separated from main processing area.

Plansifters

The mixture of de-germed maize and loosened maize germs are pneumatically lifted and graded by size on plan sifters.

Purifiers

The finished products are passed over control sifters to ensure the removal of oversize or fine materials, prior to the transfer to the finished product bins.

Finished Products

Products separated by plan sifter, purifier are collected in different bins passing through magnets. This material is packed in our standard pack sizes or customer requested kindly of packages
